It is located within the Cité de l’Alimentation, rue Pierre Bayle in Montfavet (Avignon).
This space offers an exhibition on fruits and vegetables from seed to plate, a journey through 8000 m2 of gardens and an annual program of workshops.
It is a “unique and vibrant place of sensory, scientific and cultural discovery of fruits and vegetables, with strong values such as health, education, pleasure and respect for the environment”
The course is fun, suitable for all, adults and children, and spaces for picnics allow to organize pleasant family outings.
Cooking classes are also organized throughout the year to promote a concrete and convivial approach to fruits and vegetables in all their forms.
For example, on Saturday, July 5, from 10 am to 2 pm, Jean-Jacques Prévôt, a Cavaillonnais cook invites you to discover all the secrets of his cuisine through the melon. The workshop includes the course and lunch with the chef (dishes prepared during the workshop).
